eSmartBee — Digital Product & Course Selling Platform

The Challenge

Selling digital products in Bangladesh means handling bKash, Nagad and Rocket payments by hand: checking transaction IDs, messaging buyers and sending files one by one. The client also wanted to reach international buyers with card payments, serve both Bangla and English visitors, and run Facebook ads with accurate conversion tracking. Doing all of this manually was slow, error-prone and impossible to scale.

Our Solution

We built a custom Laravel + Livewire platform from scratch. Key features: Bilingual storefront: English at the root and Bangla under /bn, with automatic language detection and permanent redirects for old URLs. Flexible landing pages: a section builder (benefits, curriculum, testimonials, FAQ, gallery, specs, CTA) so each product gets its own sales page without code. Checkout: bKash, Nagad and Rocket manual payments plus international card payments via Paddle, with a webhook that verifies payments. Automated delivery: after approval, buyers get access through Google Drive, a Telegram bot, WhatsApp, email or an external link. Access is re-checked on every open, so links stay secure. Admin panel: dashboard, order management, order lookup, product and seller management, and site settings for branding and payment numbers. Marketing: Facebook Pixel and server-side Conversions API, Google Analytics, and a public order-tracking page. Operations: Telegram admin alerts for new orders, reminder jobs for unpaid buyers, database backups, exception notifications and a queue worker on a VPS with Nginx.
